Since the pandemic, the car market has been absolute madness. I'd rather have root canal work done without anesthesia than deal with a typical car dealership. This region is very fortunate indeed to have Bob and Kelly Harrington selling solid, affordable used cars. I just bought a fantastic car from him, and Bob went over and above to make sure I was happy and the car was right. He took care of everything the car needed without ever coming back to me to re-negotiate the price. His 30-day/1000 mile warranty, where you can have issues fixed or simply return the car if you're not satisfied, is unheard of in this business. I also bought a car from him in 2020, which is still running well. My preference is to buy dependable model used cars with low mileage, which is what Bob generally stocks. His prices are always fair and often quite below market value. Given his business model, I just don't see how anyone could go wrong or have a bad experience dealing with Bob and Kelly Harrington.

I have purchased several vehicles from Harrington Auto over the years. Every transaction has been very easy and gone smoothly. Bob and Kelly have always taken care of everything for me. I just show up pay and drivers away. They are very helpful and very nice. Just bought a 2013 Edge for my daughter. What a nice car.

Very friendly, way better experience than any big dealer

Many, many thanks to Harrington Auto Sales for an excellent used car buying experience. They are an honest, trustworthy, family owned business that goes the extra mile for their customers. They make the car buying process SO easy. Even better, their vehicles are safe, dependable, and reasonably priced. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle that will safely get you where you need to go without you having to give up all your dollars, and don’t want to feel swindled by shady salespeople, go to the Harringtons. If they don’t have what you need in stock, they’ll find it.

I chose to drive the extra distance of close to an hour to work with Bob. I spoke to him on the phone and liked the way I was treated. I have dealt with too many “gold tooth, gold chain and slicked back hair” used car salesman in my time and was looking for a reliable run around to get me from A to B. I visited Harrington Auto, took a car for a test drive and after some simple negotiating found a price that we agreed on. After having the car a couple of days some mechanical issues popped up (typical with used cars). I let Bob know and he gave me the address of his trusted mechanic and promised he would honor the 30 day warranty stated on the Bill of sale. The car was fully repaired at no charge to me and I was treated great by both Bob and the mechanics. Very happy customer and would recommend Harrington Auto highly.
